  1. About Us

We are Just Transfer Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 15898580, and our registered office is located in Manchester, M4. If we need to contact you regarding your booking, we will do so by telephone or by writing to the email address you provided at the time of booking.

  1. Making a Booking and Confirmation

2.1 Please follow the on-screen prompts to make your booking or call us on +44 (0) 7733668005. Bookings will only be accepted through the methods outlined on our website. For online bookings, please allow a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. For bookings less than 12 hours in advance, please contact us directly via phone or email. Each booking is an offer to buy our services subject to these terms.

2.2 Our acceptance of your booking occurs when we confirm it via email or text, creating a contract between you and us. If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour of your booking, please contact us.

2.3 If we cannot accept your booking, we will inform you by email or text and will not charge you.

2.4 If we cannot fulfill a previously confirmed booking, we will inform you as soon as possible, citing reasons such as driver availability, adverse weather, or traffic issues.

2.5 Bookings are only available for travel within mainland UK, EU, and UAE. Bookings made from outside these areas will only be valid for travel to/from addresses within these regions.

  1. Our Charges

3.1 Our charges are those listed on our website or advised during booking. Additional charges may apply for extra mileage or time. Any changes to your booking may incur revised charges.

3.2 We strive to ensure correct pricing. If errors occur, we will inform you and adjust accordingly (see 3.7).

3.3 Additional surcharges may apply on public holidays, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and major sporting events. Please contact us to confirm prices for these days.

3.4 We may revise our charges annually, which will not affect bookings already placed.

3.5 Additional charges for tolls or congestion zones will apply. Details can be found at www.gov.uk/uk-toll-roads.

3.6 If a pricing error occurs, we will charge the lower amount if the correct price is less than the quoted price. If the correct price is higher, we will inform you, and you can decide whether to proceed or cancel the booking.

3.7 Our drivers are professional and courteous. Passengers must comply with driver requests (e.g., no eating or drinking in the vehicle). Inappropriate behavior or language may result in termination of service, with full payment required.

  1. No Show Charges & Airport Waiting Time

4.1 A booking will be considered a “no show” if:

  • a) You fail to meet the driver at the agreed time and location, and the driver has waited more than 15 minutes (60 minutes for airports).
  • b) A booking is confirmed but a vehicle has been dispatched, and you fail to meet the driver.
  • c) You refuse to travel in the vehicle provided.

4.2 No refunds will be issued for a “no show,” and you will be responsible for the full booking cost.

4.3 For airport collections, our drivers will wait for up to 1 hour after the scheduled collection time. If you do not meet the driver within this time and have not informed us of delays, the booking will be considered a “no show.”

4.4 Additional charges may apply if a driver waits longer due to delays in your travel plans.

  1. Your Rights to Make Changes to Your Booking

5.1 If you need to change your booking (e.g., route, time, number of passengers), please contact us with as much notice as possible.

5.2 If the change is possible, we will inform you of any pricing or other adjustments.

  1. Provision of Services

6.1 We will fulfill your booking according to our service standards.

6.2 We reserve the right to make changes to your booking (e.g., vehicle, driver) and will inform you of any changes.

6.3 Our drivers will:

  • a) Drive safely and within legal speed limits.
  • b) Take the most appropriate route given traffic conditions unless instructed otherwise by you.

6.4 Some services may be provided by affiliate chauffeur partners. In such cases, subcontracted vehicles and drivers may be used.

6.5 Smoking is prohibited in all our vehicles.

6.6 We maintain professional and public liability insurance.

6.7 The following items will not be carried in our vehicles: explosives, firearms, flammable materials, perishables, illegal drugs, hazardous waste, alcohol (unless unopened), and more.

  1. Your Responsibilities

7.1 You are responsible for providing accurate booking information.

7.2 Ensure the booking details (date, time, destinations) are correct.

7.3 You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, including by pets.

7.4 Ensure no personal belongings are left behind in the vehicle. Unfamiliar or suspicious items will be handed to the police.

7.5 You are responsible for getting in and out of the vehicle safely. The driver may assist upon request.

7.6 If you cannot locate the driver, contact us immediately to avoid being marked as a “no show.”

7.7 Comply with all vehicle safety regulations, including the use of seatbelts.

  1. Carriage of Pets

8.1 Pets must be notified at the time of booking.

8.2 Guide dogs must have a secure lead or harness.

8.3 Other pets must be kept in secure cages with litter trays (if applicable).

8.4 You are responsible for loading/unloading pets and ensuring they behave appropriately during the journey.

8.5 Aggressive pets may result in the refusal of service, with no refund.

  1. Carriage of Children & Use of Child Seats

9.1 Our vehicles are exempt from UK legislation regarding child seats. More information is available at www.gov.uk/child-car-seats-the-rules.

9.2 If a child seat is required, you must provide and install it.

9.3 Drivers are not permitted to install child seats.

9.4 For return journeys, drivers will store your child seat if needed.

  1. Events Outside Our Control

10.1 We strive to arrive on time, but arrival times are estimates only.

10.2 We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as traffic, weather, or strikes.

10.3 If the delay exceeds 2 hours, you may cancel the booking for a refund.

  1. How to Pay

11.1 Payment is required in advance via credit or debit card.

11.2 Invoices/receipts will be sent within 2 hours of payment.

11.3 If an error in pricing occurs, contact us to investigate.

  1. Your Rights to Cancel

12.1 You can cancel your booking at any time. Your rights depend on whether we are at fault, the timing of your cancellation, and whether you are a consumer or business customer.

12.2 Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may not be entitled to a refund.

12.3 If we make significant changes or errors, you can cancel the booking for a full refund.

13.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

14.1 We may cancel or reject bookings for reasons such as non-payment or inaccurate information.

14.2 If the vehicle provided is not suitable due to incorrect information from you, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

  1. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage

15.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by breaching this contract, but not for unforeseeable damage.

15.2 We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

We will only use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, available at www.justtransfer.co.uk.

  1. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us to resolve the issue. A copy of our complaints policy is available upon request.

  1. Other Important Terms

18.1 These terms and bookings are made in English.

18.2 We may transfer our rights and obligations to another entity, but you cannot assign your rights.
